Rake Mechanisms

The MINEXXT rake mechanisms are a low-profile design that includes two short rakes arms, and two long rakes arms fitted with support struts, tie rods, blades and scrapers. This low-profile design allows the arms to pass through the bed rolling it over, thereby providing further dewatering and compaction to maximize the underflow density. The lower section of the drive shaft is connected directly to the rake arms via a root plate and the upper section directly coupled to the drive motor via a connection flange. Having the latest design of a low profile mechanism will reduce torque loads, prevent torque spikes, and will also help to improve the performance.
